I am absolutely devastated by the loss of Taelyr, and heartbroken for her family. Taelyr was my childhood best friend and I will never forget the memories we shared. My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends who lost such a young beautiful soul. Rest in Heaven, Love.

  8. Taelyr, as I stand here looking at the ocean today, I am overwhelmed with emotion. The waves roll in with certainty, just like my grief. Sometimes with such fierceness I think it will take me under, other times just a rhythmic & gentle calmness. And just like the waves you were here to rush the edges with your beauty and grace, lovingly touching those of us in your path. And then just like those waves, you rolled back out to the vast and endless… free and unchained. I stand in this calm and am comforted with having you imprinted deep in my heart and soul. You will forever be “one of mine” and I will miss your beautiful face.

  9. The world lost someone so incredibly special this week and it weighs so heavily on all of our hearts. It feels like an empty void in the office that we shared. It just doesn’t feel right to sit there without you in it. It’s because your energy filled that room completely up. You were always so kind and caring of those around you and even seemed to have this understanding of people that not everyone may have had. You were always going out of your way to help others, even when they didn’t always know they needed it. And no matter how tough things got, you always seemed to have a solution. I will always admire that strength you had and that you constantly tried to pass it onto me when I let things get me down. Things will never be the same with you gone and no one could ever replace you. I hope to meet again someday and that you were able to find the peace you were looking for.

  20. Taelyr, I don’t know the story of what happened leading up to your passing. We hadn’t been in touch for several years since I’d moved away, and you as well. I find myself thinking of you every so often, all of the fun shifts we worked together, and all of the fun times we had as our friendship went beyond work. The last time we spent together was when I came up to visit you when you had the duplex in Boyne Falls, maybe 6 years ago , now. I’ll forever cherish the memories we have together, and always remember your sense of humor, your laugh, the brightness you brought into my life. I hope and pray that however it happened, you are at peace. And I will continue praying for your family and 3.
