Jack D. Woodruff, age 84 of Gaylord, passed away on Thursday, July 5, 2018.
Jack was born in Indianapolis, IN on October 21, 1933 to Raymond and Evelyn (Cotton) Woodruff. He moved to Avery Lake in the Lewiston area in 1960 before moving to Gaylord in the late 1980s. Jack worked at Bulk-Transport in Bay City and worked at Georgia-Pacific from 1981 to 1994, retiring in December of that year. He was a proud Army veteran and served for two years. Jack was a member of the Gaylord Sportsman Club as well as Teamster Local #486 in Saginaw. He also belonged to the Bay County Conservation and Gun Club. He will be sadly missed by his many friends.
Jack is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Evelyn, and brother, William R. Woodruff.
