Richard Nelson Raybuck, Jr. age 85, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2022.
He was an honest principled man, not outwardly religious, but deeply spiritual. Proud of his service in the United States Navy and a generous contributor to his community. Always willing to assist and share his knowledge and expertise with others; a genuine “can-do man”.
As a husband, fiercely protective, loving, and lending his support to my interest and activities.
As a father, not a doting parent, encourages but expects the best of his children, supports their decisions, and encourages their continuing education.
There will be a memorial gathering in the springtime.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes to have donations made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation, t2t.org/donate/
Arrangements were entrusted to the Nelson Funeral Home and Cremation Service, P.O. Box 1548, Gaylord, MI 49734.

Dear Carol and Family,
Dennis and I are so very sorry for your loss.
Personally, Carol, I will always remember

You both have been very special folks to me.
With warm sympathy to all
Eva.
My heart goes out to Richards family. He was a very warm and friendly man. A person you felt comfortable with, even though you may have just met him.. He was an inspiration to those who knew him.
We are blessed to have known him, to hear his laughter, and appreciate his love for his family.
It is truly a sad day to hear of his passing.
Our condolences to his family,
Larry and Sharen Perkins
