It is with a heavy heart that our family regrets to inform others of the passing of Jason Michael Whitman, age 40, of Vanderbilt. He passed away unexpectedly at his home on August 6, 2021. We are shattered by his passing, but we are certain that he has joined his brother, Matthew Lee Whitman, in Heaven.
Jason was a son, brother, father, and friend. He was kind-hearted and loving. From the moment he was held as an infant to the moment he took his last breath, he was loved deeply, and he gave love freely. Our love for him will forever be imperishable.
He is survived by his mother and father, Gary and Debbie Whitman; sister, Amy Strohpaul; brother, Trevor Whitman; and children, Joshua Moore-Whitman, and Isabella Whitman.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Mathew Lee Whitman; and grandparents, Raymond Kalemejeski, and Mary Kalemejski.
His life will be celebrated privately by his family.

Gary and Debbie I am so sorry for your loss. My memories of Jason are his very young years when we were neighbors. Running back and forth between your yard and mine. Happy times much laughter that I will never forget. Peace and light Jason.
