Jami J. Rogers, 58, of Gaylord, passed away December 5, 2020.

She was born in Pontiac, Michigan the daughter of John and Joyce (Parshall) Miller.

Jami was a fighter, someone who could overcome battles and still have the most positive outlook on life. She was caring beyond measure, kind, and was adored by everyone who met her. She was her family’s rock, the one person who was there when you needed her. Jami enjoyed spending time with her family, her grandbabies, and living in her valley. She loved horses, gardening, and reading her books. Jami was humble and felt bliss for everything she had in life. She was fierce, protective of her family, and free-spirited. She will be missed dearly. She has made such an impact on this earth.

As Jami’s family will tell you, she lived life by her motto, “One day at a Time.”

She is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Terry; children, Shana (Dylan) Brown of Lewiston, MI, Kara Rogers of Gaylord, MI, Kayla Rogers of Grayling, MI, and Charles Rogers of St. Paul, MN; sister, Lori Miller Doggett, and brothers, John and Joe Miller, and 10 grandchildren.
