  1. Mike (Jack) had a really big heart and will certainly be missed by everyone he knew. I will always remember countless weekends at Detroit Dragway, as a kid, watching him win trophy after trophy drag racing his cherished 69 Dodge Dart.
We are all so very thankful that he had Amy in his life in his later years, she gave him a second chance at happiness and demonstrated what unconditional love and dedication to a spouse can look like.
    Rest In Peace brother…

  2. Jack was a pleasure to care for, listening to classic country and Jack singing was the highlight of my day. Fly high with the angels my friend it’s your time to rest easy.

  3. Rest In Peace Daddy, my best friend!
You are now an Angel in heaven with your lord which means no more suffering. You fought a very long hard fight here on earth. You are forever in my heart and I am forever Daddy’s little girl! There are two things no one can ever take from me, the memories we shared together, as well as the love you gave to me. You were the best Dad and Papa I could ever imagine. You had a heart of gold!

Thank you for the unconditional love you always gave to me your daughter, as well as your sons Gary and Michael.

This is goodbye until we meet again Daddy! Fly high you are finally free.
    Love Forever,
    Your baby girl

  4. Amy,

I am so sorry for your loss. I really wish I could have met Jack and that I could have been there for you. I know everyone says how he’s no longer in pain, but do know that he will always be watching over you. Take care. Love ya.
