Glenn C. Oesterreich, age 71, passed away at home on April 29, 2019.
He was born November 1, 1947 in Detroit, Michigan to Oscar and Helen (Templeton) Oesterrreich.
Glenn was a resident of Brackenwood AFC home in Gaylord, Michigan where he became part of their family. He had a heart of gold and loved hugs. He followed that love up with being quite a jokester, rule breaker and being rebellious.
A Time of Sharing will be held on Monday, May 13, at 11:00 a.m. from Nelson Funeral Home with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. The burial will immediately follow at Hayes Township Cemetery.

I didn’t get to be with you long but in the short time I got to know you in the end, you snuck your way into my heart, there isn’t a day goes by I don’t think about you every time I go to work and miss your smile and your hugs. You were such a sweet man and he will be missed severely by all that you’ve touch their hearts.
