Gerald Anthony “Jerry” Gunter, age 71, of Johannesburg, MI passed away Saturday, December 11, 2021.
He was born on March 28, 1950, in Detroit to Ray and Clara (Groner) Gunter.
Jerry was married for over 30 years to his wife, Laura (Perreault) Gunter.
Jerry was a very skilled electrician for many years. When Jerry wasn’t working, he loved to spend his time out on the lake. His favorite pastime was to go fishing and sit looking out at the lake from the house. He really loved taking in the view of the lake. Jerry also enjoyed building and fixing things. Jerry did all his home improvements over the years on his own.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Laura Gunter; step-son, Daniel Steele; and step-daughter, Trinity Steele.
His family has chosen to remember him privately at this time.
