Francis “Carroll” Dakers, 72, of Vienna Corners, passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, April 7, 2021.
Carroll was born in Charlotte, NC on August 13, 1948, to Carl Sr. and Bonnie (Meese) White.
As an adult, Carroll spent some years living in Wauchula, Fl, and later Hampton Beach, NH, before finally moving to Vienna Corners, MI, where she spent the remainder of her life. She was a very social person, and loved meeting new people. She was known and loved by many for her friendly and exuberant personality. Her passion was in helping and taking care of others, and she spent her life as a career Caregiver. In her free time, she enjoyed being outdoors, camping, hunting, and fishing.
Carroll is preceded in death by her parents, her mother-in-law Mae (Snow) Dakers, father-in-law James Dakers, sister Carlene (White) Eucres, and brother Robert White.
She is survived by her husband, Gary Dakers; sons, Thomas (Mindy) Anderson of Killeen, TX, James (Ursula) Anderson of Killeen, TX, John (Michelle) Anderson of Gaylord, MI; daughters, Ana (Bruce) Collom of Wauchula, FL, and Bonnie James of St. Petersburg, FL; step-children Kyle (Tammy) Dakers of Petoskey, MI, Darren (Whitney) Dakers of Gaylord, MI, Jodi (Dennis) Bruce of Hampton Beach, NH, and Keith Dakers of New Hampshire; grandchildren, Rowen, Faith, Charity, McKenna, Darren Jr., Lily, Haley, Hannah, Hudson, Sky, Caleb, Justin, Jacob, Angel, Leland, Selena, Andrea, Ashley, Dennis Jr., Alex, Dylon, Xavier, Kamron, Jacob, Joshua, Micah, Doyle, Braddock, and Jesston; sister, Bonnie (White) James of Wauchula, FL; brother Carl (Mary) White of Avon Park, FL; several great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to have friends and family join them for a celebration of Carroll’s life on April 24, 2021, the time and location are to be updated at a later time.
