Albert Carl “Bud” Faulker, Jr., 92, of Johannesburg, passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at McReynolds Hall.
Bud was born in Romeo, MI on July 18, 1924.
His love of the outdoors and his great appreciation of the beauty of Michigan, led him to a longtime career in landscaping. Much of his free time was spent surrounded by nature; golfing, fishing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and cross-country skiing. Being an avid golfer also involved designing his own clubs.
Bud proudly served his country in the United States Navy.
In 2014, he was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Phyllis. He is survived by his children, Carol (Bill) Mace of Texas, Bill Baker of Washington Twp., Connie Baker of Michigan and Pearl Baker of Texas.
Per his wishes, cremation has taken place. Burial will be held at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly.
