Kathleen Brink, 85 of Vanderbilt, passed away on Monday, September 25, 2017.
Kathleen was born in Gaylord on August 19, 1932 to Michael and Belle (Kobylinski) O’Rourke. She married her husband Curtis Brink on March 17, 1951, and together they shared 56 years of marriage. Kathleen enjoyed going to the coffee shop with her friend, Mary, visiting locals, and doing word puzzles at home. Most importantly, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, all of whom will miss her greatly.
She was survived by her children, David (Frances) Brink and Brenda (Thomas) Loshaw; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and her sister Roseanne Cherwinski. Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Belle; husband Curtis Brink; sons Roger Brink and Scott Thomas; and many siblings.
Kathleen’s burial will be held at St. Mary Cemetery in Gaylord.
Donations in Kathleen’s memory may be made to Hospice House or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
