Mike was born in Grayling, MI on November 3, 1972 to Michael and Janice (Bainter) Chippa. The two married on September 8, 2001, and together raised three children. In Mike’s spare time, he enjoyed riding dirt bikes and admired Harley-Davidson, Mustangs and rat rods, all the while listening to some hard rock in the background.
Mike is survived by his wife of 16 years, Bec; children Seth, Jaidah, and Churtous (“Curtis”); parents Mike and Janice; sisters Shelly (Pete) Ialacci, Janael Kitchen, and Lezlie (Skip) Newkirk; his aunts and uncles, and four nieces, one nephew, and four great-nephews.
He is preceded in death by both his Chippa and Bainter grandparents; and brother-in-law Gary Kitchen.
