  1. Dear Barb and family, I was so sad to hear the news of Seppi. Please accept my sincere condolences. He will be missed, but God has another special angel.

    1. I grew up playing soccer with Seppi, worked with him for years at Michaywe, went to concerts with Seppi, and used to watch in awe as he hit a golf ball a mile over that tree on #4 at the Pines Course. It’s been many years since I’ve lived in Gaylord, but, I can still picture all those moments. I will be thinking of my old friend and of all his family.

My husband and I knew Seppi from St. Mary’s. He was one of the kindest most mellow people we knew. What a blessing he was to so many. Deepest condolences for your loss. We will never forget him.

  10. Barb and family, so sorry for your loss. I was his Nanny when he was growing up. Sweet Man. I use to see him at Hobby Lobby, he was always so nice.
    Love and Prayers.

  11. I accidentally broke a glass in Hobby Lobby one day, and Seppi put me at ease by saying, “I can’t take you anywhere can I?”. He will be sorely missed.

  12. I was a regular customer to Hobby Lobby and was always greeted with a smile and hello from Joseph. I moved to Florida a year ago but returned earlier this month to visit with family. I stopped at Hobby Lobby to purchase something and there was Joseph with a smile on his face and instructing a new employee on how to run the register. Please accept my sincere condolences but please take comfort that he is in heaven “smiling on us all”.

  13. Joseph always had a smile and hello for all his customers at Hobby Lobby. I moved from Gaylord over a year ago but was in Michigan last month to visit family and stopped in Hobby Lobby to purchase something I needed. There was Joseph with his big smile teaching a new employee how to work the cash register. Please accept my sincere condolences but please take comfort that Joseph is “in heaven smiling on us all”.

I didn’t know him except for when I shopped at Hobby Lobby. He was always a very friendly person. His smile will be missed there by everyone.
My condolences to his family ❣️

  15. My parents knew Seppi’s parents but I did not get to know Seppi until talking with him at the Hobby Lobby. I recently contacted Hobby Lobby headquarters to mention to them what a wonderful job he does at the store (November 18th). I am so glad I did so! He will be missed!
    Sincerely, Barbara Dixon Walker
