Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were her pride and joy. She loved hosting family gatherings and visiting her family in Minnesota. Her favorite holiday was Christmas, and her favorite color was purple. She enjoyed garage sales, shopping, morning coffee with friends, watching the Green Bay Packers, country music, and bird watching. She had a generous heart, and her door was always open to those in need.  Her favorite saying when you left her home was, “Love you more.  She had a passion for animals and over the years had many pets.

She will be remembered for her generous heart and sense of humor, which was evident even through the most challenging times. Her passion for her family, and the strength and courage, she demonstrated as she battled Multiple Sclerosis, will also be remembered.

She was passionate about helping children with special needs.  She was a strong, dedicated advocate for special education and her son, Stephen Geary, who had cerebral palsy.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Alvin Jozwiak; her children, Diana (Michael) Deerfield, Rick Geary, Debbie (Gary) Riley, Sue (Tony) Hassinger, Teresa (Ron) McCormick, Joe (Patti) Jozwiak, and Walt (Sandi) Jozwiak; her siblings, Cheryl (Dave) Meek, Marilyn (Dave) Ruzek, Duane Fisher, Robert (Marilyn) Fisher, Ed (Billie Jo) Fisher;  19 grandchildren, and 25 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Irene Fisher and her son, Stephen Geary.

A memorial service will take place at 1:00 p.m., on Saturday, September 14, 2019, at Nelson Funeral Home, with visitation beginning at 12:00 p.m.
