  1. We were so sorry to hear about Donna. We met her out at the lake for the first time. She was such a soft spoken, gentle, and loving person. She always had a smile on her face. I remember helping her make the favors for Stef’s baby shower over at Dawn’s house! They were little booties. I guess it was a family tradition. Boy did we have a crazy time with them. She had to take them home to finish. For some reason we were having a rough time with them, but she brought them to the shower, and they were adorable. I remember talking to her in Dawn’s kitchen, she gave me a piping bag to take home, because she knew I liked baking. What a sweetheart!♥️ I feel so bad for Veronica. She won’t have a chance to get to know her grandma, growing up! She will be missed by many!🙏🙏♥️♥️

  2. Dave and I first met Donna and George while our kids were dating and getting serious. We met up at Slow’s BBQ in Detroit and immediately felt at ease. Donna was so down to earth and funny. Over the years we were welcomed to many family holidays and events. We and are so thankful to have known her.

  6. Richard and family – VERY sorry for your loss. I didn’t know your mom, but I recall something that I heard as a kid, many years ago, “Good children come from good parents…”. Obviously, she was a good mom.

  7. Donna, you were one of the kindest people that I know. I am so grateful to have known you. You were the best Grandma to Layla. She adores you. I am so blessed to have the videos of the two of you playing or reading stories. We will cherish them forever. Thank you for; accepting me into your family, all of your advice, and teaching me to craft. You were a bright light in the world. We will miss your laugh, kindness and feistiness. We will carry you in our hearts for ever. Sending prayers and hugs to everyone grieving Donna. She was a truly great person.
