Dominick Pellegrini Jr., 88, of Elmira, passed away on Wednesday, October 7, 2020.

He was born the son of Dominick and Julia (Palmer) Pellegrini, June 20, 1932, in Detroit, Michigan.

Dominick served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict, then worked for U.S. Fasteners Corp., he moved to Elmira, Michigan in the early 1990s.

He was a member of St. Thomas parish and was known, around the area, to be quite a handyman especially when something needed to be done at the church.  Dominick had a heart of gold and always took the time to share his love of construction with the whole family.

Dominick was preceded in death by his wife, Linda, in 2012, and his parents.

He is survived by his children; Dennis, Lorna (Robert) Batzloff, Duane, Douglas, Dominick Jr. (Ann), David, and Daryl (Karen); 8 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday, October 17, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Elmira, MI 49730.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in honor of Dominick Pellegrini.
