Betty Ann Pardeike, 92, passed away February 8, 2017.

She resided at Rocking Chair Home Care Center in Gaylord for the past five years. She was born in Carleton MI on August 8, 1924 to Robert and Margaret Manore. Betty married Arnold Pardeike on December 11, 1954 in Waltz, MI and he preceded her in death after 47 years of a blessed marriage.

During WWII Betty worked at the Willow Run Bombing Plant. She was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church. She worked in Retail for 18 years and in her free time loved to travel. Betty was a devoted mother and grandmother.

Betty is survived by her children: Jamie (William) Bender of Monroe and Judy (Steve) Anderson of Gaylord. 5 Grandchildren: Nicholas, Michael, Grant Bender and Krista (Charlie) Mitch, Brett Anderson. Betty is preceded in death by her sister Mary Dubke.

Bettys friends and family will gather on Saturday February 11, 2017 at the Nelson Funeral Home, Gaylord, MI beginning at 11 am until 1 pm. Visitation will Continue on Sunday at the Bobcean Funeral Home, Carleton, MI at 4 pm until 8 pm. Services will be held on Monday February 13, 2017 at Bobcean Funeral Home Carleton, MI visitation starting at 10am until time of service at 11am. Interment will take place at Michigan Memorial Park.

In Betty’s honor, memorial donations may be shared with Rocking Chair Home Care Center or Bethlehem Lutheran Church of Lewiston.
