Jason Anthony Hoffmann, 39 of Gaylord, passed away on Monday, November 7, 2016.

Jason was born in Traverse City on May 3, 1977.

He was a loving son and brother and a devoted father. His greatest loves were his children.

Jason enjoyed skiing and had a passion for working on anything mechanical. He was known for being able to fix anything and everything and always willing to lend a helping hand.

He is survived by his children, Starlynn Jean Hoffmann, Ethan William Hoffmann, Anthony Gage Hoffmann, Franklin Jade Hoffmann, Isabel Ayianna Hoffmann and David Elias Hoffmann; his parents, Gary & Maryann Hoffmann and his sister, Jennifer(Shaw) Locke.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at 2:00 PM at the Nelson Funeral Home and Cremation Service. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday (Nov 17) from 11:00 AM until the time of service.
